No. RERA registration is not a prerequisite for CREA Foundation. Anyone can enrol and begin learning for free. We do recommend completing your RERA registration in parallel if you are actively practising as an agent, as it remains a legal requirement in India.

The 6 Foundation modules total approximately 14 hours of content. There are no deadlines — you study entirely at your own pace. Most agents complete Foundation within 2–4 weeks while continuing to work. Some complete it faster on a focused sprint.

Yes. The learning platform at app.creacertification.org is fully mobile-responsive. You can complete modules on your phone, tablet, or desktop — switching between devices at any time. Your progress is saved automatically.

CREA Foundation exam: ₹499. CREA Professional exam: ₹999. All module content is free. You pay only when you are ready to sit the final certification exam. Payment is via Stripe — debit card, credit card, and UPI accepted.

You may retake the exam after a 24-hour waiting period. There is no additional charge for retakes — your original exam fee covers unlimited attempts. We recommend reviewing the modules in the areas where you scored lowest before reattempting.

Both exams are multiple choice questions (MCQ) taken online. Foundation: 30 questions, 45 minutes, 70% pass mark. Professional: 40 questions, 60 minutes, 75% pass mark. Questions cover all modules equally — there are no trick questions.

Both CREA Foundation and CREA Professional are lifetime credentials with no expiry date. Once earned, your digital badge and certificate are yours permanently. There is no renewal fee or recertification requirement.

Exam fees are non-refundable once the exam has been accessed. If you purchase the exam but have not yet started it, contact support@creacertification.org within 24 hours for assistance.

Yes. Upon passing, you receive a digital credential with a unique Credential ID. You can add it directly to your LinkedIn profile under Licences & Certifications. The LinkedIn share button is built into your certificate page — one click and it's pre-filled.

Yes. Every CREA certificate includes a unique Credential ID and a public verification URL at creacertification.org/verify/[credential-id]. Clients, builders, or employers can verify your certification instantly — no login required.

CREA certificates are professionally designed A4 landscape PDFs. Foundation certificates feature a cream background with navy and teal borders, a teal hexagon badge, and Vaibhav Sharma's signature. Professional certificates feature gold borders and the gold hexagon badge. Each certificate includes your name, the certification name, date of issue, and a unique Credential ID.
